How to: Remove a portion of an outline.
Solution:
Select the portion of the outline to be removed, select the 'Group and Outline' submenu from the 'Data' menu, and select 'Clear Outline'.
1) Select the rows and columns where the outline is to be removed.
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Group and Outline'.
3) Select 'Clear Outline'.
